Position Summary: Lead strategic, complex, cross-functional data programs. Transform objectives into actionable plans. Manage dependencies and drive collaboration between Engineering, Analytics, and Compliance. Deliver solutions on time and to high standards. Hybrid role in San Jose, CA | Cupertino, CA | Raleigh, NC areas only.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate high-level objectives into program charters and detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Define and manage scope, complex dependencies, and phased roadmaps aligned with business needs.
  • Lead capacity planning, resource management, and gap assessments.
  • Identify technical, operational, financial, and resourcing risks; assess impact and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, prioritization, and change management.
  • Tailor communications for stakeholders with frequent status reports on progress and impediments.
  • Oversee knowledge transfer and documentation for smooth program closure.
Requirements:
