You will be responsible for capturing initial requirements, following through on all program commitments from our cross-functional operations and engineering teams, and maintaining the customer relationship. As an AI/ML Data Operations Program Manager, you will be at the core of our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning development process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define annotation requirements, manage operational projects from prototype to scale, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality data. Build a program with operations, engineering, and business teams to deliver annotated data to engineering teams across Apple.
Lead annotation projects, ensuring follow-through on operational initiatives from prototyping to scaling across global teams.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,400 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
