Engagement Senior Manager

The Boeing Company is looking for an Engagement Senior Manager to join the Enterprise AI & Data Analytics (EAI&D) team in Everett, WA; Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Renton, WA; Plano, TX or Seattle, WA.
This position will partner with Boeing Global Services (BGS) on Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, architecture, software development, and automation products. You will lead a team focused on translating business demand into strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities for product and delivery teams; apply program management best practices to ensure timely, high-quality delivery; and drive adoption and business value in partnership with BGS Information Technology (IT), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and business stakeholders. This role is part of the Enterprise AI & Data organization and will act as a thought leader for Data, Analytics, AI, and Automation across BGS.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain an AI, Data, Automation and Analytics portfolio for BGS that provides transparent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business value visibility

  • Lead intake, qualification, and prioritization of analytics, AI, and automation initiatives, ensuring executive sponsorship and clear business cases

  • Translate business needs into product strategies, backlogs, and delivery priorities

  • Manage complex, cross-functional program plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets to meet commitments

  • Facilitate discovery workshops to define problems, quantify value, and scope solutions.

  • Prepare and present stakeholder updates, portfolio reviews, and executive communications

  • Drive adoption and reuse of analytics and AI solutions; measure usage and value realization

  • Communicate portfolio health and success stories to BGS and Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) leadership

  • Collaborate with BGS functional areas (Supply Chain, MRO Operations, Quality, eCommerce, Pricing, Finance, Mods, Sales & Marketing, etc.) to develop functional data/analytics/AI/automation roadmaps

  • Lead process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., value stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking) to identify inefficiencies and design automated workflows

  • Partner with IT architects and AI/data teams on solution design, system integration, and process-to-system visualizations

  • Track process metrics pre- and post-improvement (throughput, user satisfaction, manual interventions, automation impact) and ensure UX considerations in process changes

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers

  • 5+ years experience developing, analyzing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence in a senior leadership role across geographical locations

  • 5+ years experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal and/or external customers

  • 5+ years experience with end-to-end project/program management: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close

  • Ability to travel 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master's degree or higher

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or related industries

  • Domain experience in Supply Chain, MRO Operations, Quality, eCommerce, Pricing, Finance, Mods, or Sales & Marketing

  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing analytics portfolios, intake, and valuation processes

  • Experience with value stream mapping, design thinking, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methods
