Position Overview
As a Manager at SDG, you will lead and shape the future of data-driven transformation for our clients. You'll be responsible for guiding diverse teams, overseeing the end-to-end Data & Analytics development process, and managing strong client relationships. By understanding client needs and aligning your team's efforts, you will deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and long-term value. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Business Development: Manage and grow client relationships, identify their core needs, and develop opportunities to position SDG as a leader in the Data & Analytics sector. Experience in the CPG or Healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Project Execution & Team Leadership: Ensure projects are executed efficiently by managing multi-office teams, structuring them for success, and providing technical guidance on complex, high-impact initiatives.
  • Technical Strategy: Stay current with the latest technological trends in Data & Analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions and strategic advice that drive value for clients.
  • Agile Project Management: Operate within agile environments, ensuring flexibility, team alignment, and iterative delivery tailored to project needs.

Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Solid experience in Data & Analytics projects, with deep expertise in Business Intelligence and/or Big Data tools and services.
