Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end writing, editing, publishing, and maintenance of internal procedures and support content.
  • Create and update content based on business and project needs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to validate content and assess project impacts.
  • Track content development progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and coordinate content availability ahead of training and launch dates.
  • Manage multiple content projects and business update requests while publishing and maintaining materials in content management systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in content development, corporate communications, technical writing, or knowledge base writing.
  • Strong writing, editing, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working independently, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating with cross-functional, global, and virtual teams.
  • Experience with content management systems and the ability to adapt to changing technologies, processes, and business requirements while handling confidential information appropriately.
