2.Must have lead large-scale, complex, multi-million dollar projects. ($5 million+)
3. Experience working in an agile environment leading SCRUM Teams. SAFe experience preferred.
3.This person will be expected to interact with technical teams, the business, and executives.
Looking for a Program Manager to oversee an entire product. Around $5M/yr. budget, approx. 16 scrum teams getting built right now. This is for a Medical Care Management product. This person will be responsible for setting up new systems and new application and will replace legacy systems/app. This project will be expected to last multiple years.
This individual must have a CSM and SAFe experience and must have led complex projects. This person will be expected to interact with technical teams, the business, and executives.

The team is very direct and provides continuous feedback. Personality's on team are very "big" and really look for someone who can take initiative and hit the ground running.

The position sits at the Concourse Building at 5800 Northampton Road Norfolk, Va 23502. The Concourse building is a lakeside campus with 3 large covered parking garages for employees. The campus provides many amenities outdoor and indoor. Some outdoor amenities include two outdoor basketball courts, two tennis courts, a large covered pavilion and a scenic walking track. Inside the building includes a workout facility, a Starbucks, an internal Technical Support Bar and a cafeteria with many different choices in food. Anthem is an wide open environment with short cubicles throughout each floor with only directors having offices causing the environment to be very collaborative. Dress code is very casual with most people in Jeans and a tshirt/polo.
