Program Manager (PM) - A&D Sector Interconnect Solutions (IS) Business Unit (BU)
Location: Remote

Scope:

TTM Technologies is currently seeking a Program Manager within our Aerospace and Defense Interconnect Solutions (IS) Business Unit (BU). The Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of projects and programs under the guidance of senior program managers, aligning and providing support on strategic Sector initiatives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Coordinate activities between cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track

2. Team Collaboration

Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. Track progress, identify issues, and escalate when necessary

3. Documentation

Maintain accurate project records, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items. Prepare and update deliverables and progress summaries

4. Timeline Management

Help develop project schedules and milestone plans. Monitor deadlines to ensure timely delivery

5. Margin Monitoring

Assist in tracking project/part margins to ensure profitability

6. Stakeholder Communication

Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Communicate project status and changes effectively

7. Compliance and Reporting

Ensure program activities meet contract or regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain records and reports on program progress

8. Problem Resolution

Investigate and resolve client or stakeholder complaints. Support proposals for new funding of new resources when applicable

Basic Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred) or 2+ years of experience working A&D manufacturing
  • Communication:Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with teams and stakeholders.
  • Organization:Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Technical Tools:Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio) and office suites
  • Travel: Able to travel (~25%), mainly to Customer and TTM A&D sites, in support of project requirements and milestones

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$93,920 - $156,533

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
