Location: Trenton, NJ 08625 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to grantee holders in contract and grant preparation, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Make recommendations for contract/grant approval to supervisory staff, including billing practices and best practices
  • Manage grantee fiscal administration including budget review, approval, and reimbursement
  • Ensure all program quantitative data is updated and accurate
  • Oversee program areas and identify opportunities to expand services
  • Schedule and manage tasks effectively across multiple program areas
Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract/grant work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
