Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Program Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Environmental Management [USACE001006]
Serve as a member of The Engagement Team as "Key Management Personnel" and work to oversee project lifecycle, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and manage resources effectively. Team ProSidian shall designate one (1) individual as the Program Manager that serves as a single point of contact for coordination of program issues with The Client. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the contract including cost, schedule, and technical quality. The Program Manager shall be competent, experienced, and knowledgeable in the full range of ERS activities from investigations, to studies, designs, remediation, short-term operations, and maintenance, and with the specific activities identified in this contract. The Program Manager shall take immediate corrective action when performance is not acceptable to The Client. The Program Manager shall oversee the development and implementation of record-keeping, administrative and QC programs. The Program Manager will provide an annual report to The Client Program Manager that shall include details on subcontracting executed under awarded delivery orders. The Program Manager shall have cost reimbursement project and/or cost reimbursement program experience.
Desired Qualifications For Program Manager | Environmental Management [USACE001006] (USACE001006) Candidates:
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects; strong leadership and communication skills. The Program Manager shall be a full-time (FT) W-2 Employee of ProSidian Consulting (The Prime Contractor); have a college degree in engineering, construction management, geology, chemistry, or a related field; and shall have a minimum of five (5) years as a Program Manager on Environmental Remediation Services (ERS).
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
10+ years in project management, PMP certification preferred. | Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles
Permits/Licenses: Team ProSidian shall obtain permits and licenses necessary to conduct the work required by this contract, including, but not limited to, environmental permits, building permits, discharge permits, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or state licenses for radiation activities, and Department of Transportation (DOT) permits for transport of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) and Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) on public highways. Team ProSidian shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including Technical Bulletin TB 700-2, "Department Of Defense Ammunition And Explosives Hazard Classification Procedures," when transporting MEC. Rights of entry on and off Government property may be required.
