Job description

As an Experienced Customer Program Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs. We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise software solutions. 

You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager, and you'll work out of our Costa Mesa, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years or more of strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including query analysis and performance tuning experience
  • Minimum of 3 years or more of experience with Windows Server operating systems
  • Minimum of 3 years of more of experience with networking fundamentals, including VPN technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

The salary range for this position is ($72,100.00 - $90,050.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPOSIBILITES

  • Perform enterprise software installations (stagings) on customer servers, ensuring readiness for production environments
  • Execute software upgrades and updates across customer systems with minimal disruption
  • Analyze proposed hardware and software configurations, providing recommendations aligned with customer requirements and best practices
  • Utilize Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including:
    • Performance bottlenecks
    • System errors
    • Unexpected application behavior
  • Support and maintain internal infrastructure, including performing upgrades and updates to servers used by Support teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Document technical processes, findings, and recommendations clearly and professionally
