Step into a dynamic role with the US Operations team, where you will support seller acquisition, onboarding, and campaign execution for some of the most iconic brands and businesses. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives that connect sellers with consumers in meaningful ways while helping drive the continued growth of TikTok Shop. Join us as we shape the future of e-commerce! As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Support seller onboarding and account management by assisting with the onboarding of new breakers and tracking key performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, livestream performance, and seller health. - Drive category growth initiatives by identifying high-potential sellers across key verticals (e.g., Pokémon, Sports Cards, Memorabilia, Coins) and supporting seller acquisition and category expansion strategies. - Support livestream operations and campaigns, including new product launches, Mega Lives, promotional events, creator activations, and seasonal campaigns. - Assist business operations by organizing Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), tracking Account Manager performance, monitoring business KPIs, and following up on key action items and cross-functional tasks. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to help execute strategic initiatives and improve the seller experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Strong interest in live streaming, e-commerce, social commerce, or collectibles (e.g., trading cards, sports cards, coins, sneakers, toys, or pop culture products). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and communicate professionally with external partners and sellers. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship or relevant E-commerce experience is a plus. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
