At Federal Heath, our success is a direct result of our exceptional people. We are looking to add a talented and motivated Program Coordinator who shares our values of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and mutual respect to our Racine, WI or Jacksonville, TX team! 
Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator - Petroleum will be responsible for the coordination of accounts as
assigned, through direct communication with customers and sales.
Additional Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate all process activities for the accounts assigned.
  • Manage timelines including tracking through each phase of the program.
  • Make all vested parties (internal and external) aware of the timelines.
  • Maintain budget control of project including status reports.
  • Update status reports and attend weekly status meetings.
  • Meet forecast of revenue for locations coordinated.
  • Accomplish customer (internal and external) satisfaction assurance.
  • Achieve timely closings to meet weekly forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in business or related experience or project management experience preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Project Management or related field
  • Language Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability
  • to read and interpret documents such as invoices, reports, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write reports and internal and external communications and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers and
  • customers.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
  • using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio,
  • percent and square footage.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
  • instructions finished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to meet deadlines is critical.
  • Time management and prioritizations skills are essential. Highly effective problem-solving
  • skills are essential.
  • Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Word
  • processing, databases, and email are also required.
