Work You'll Do

As a Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations workstream from strategy through deployment, ensuring alignment with business, functional, technical, and security requirements
  • Serving as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions, resolving complex integration challenges, and communicating delivery status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
  • Directing the design and implementation of inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, interface architecture, data mapping, error handling, security considerations, and end-to-end validation
  • Managing and developing cross-functional technical teams, delegating responsibilities, coordinating delivery across teams and locations, and maintaining accountability for high-quality outcomes
  • Establishing integration quality and testing approaches, oversee system and integration testing, manage defect resolution, and support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization
  • Proactively managing risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues while driving timely escalation and resolution across client and Deloitte teams
  • Contributing to Deloitte's Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, delivery improvements, knowledge sharing, and coaching of practitioners

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees
  • Experience in government and public sector implementations
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certified

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,000 to $252,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
