Job description

Description:Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.


Job Overview:

The Systems Integration Manager provides technical planning and integration support for Command and Control Information Systems (C2iS) in support of Army training and operational exercises. This role delivers subject matter expertise in simulation integration and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of major training events, including Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations, Combat Support Training Exercises (CSTX), and Home Station Training Exercises (HSTE).


Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated C2iS technical planning and integration support for CONUS-based Army training events.
  • Support Combat Training Center (CTC) Division Rotation Exercises, CSTX, and HSTE events.
  • Participate in Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events, including planning working groups and syndicates as designated by the Government.
  • Develop and contribute to planning products and integration deliverables for JELC events.
  • Provide on-site support during exercise execution phases, including setup, integration, execution, and recovery.
  • Support multiple exercises or events concurrently, as required.
  • Provide simulation integration expertise to ensure interoperability across systems.
  • Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Army and Joint C2iS systems.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration, military C2 systems, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Army or Joint training exercises.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more C2iS platforms listed above.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior military experience or direct support to Army training environments.
  • Experience with simulation systems integration.
  • Familiarity with Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) processes.
  • Experience working in distributed or multi-domain operational environments.

Security Requirement: Active SECRET Security Clearance.


Travel Required: 33-50%
