Job description

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program & Integration Manager (TPIM) to lead the integration, architecture, and data strategy for our client's Global Supply Chain Security platforms. This role will be responsible for connecting multiple internal and external systems into a unified risk intelligence ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and real-time visibility across logistics, suppliers, and operations.

This is a highly technical and cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Security, Engineering, Data, and Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the integration strategy across all Supply Chain Security platforms, including Everstream, Resilinc, Rapid Ratings, Cargo Signal, and future internal systems

  • Design and manage end-to-end system architecture, including APIs, data pipelines, and platform interoperability

  • Define and enforce data standards, normalization frameworks, and governance models across multiple data sources

  • Lead API integrations and technical onboarding of new vendors and platforms

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues (duplicates, inconsistencies, latency gaps) across systems

  • Partner with engineering (internal and external) to build scalable, automated data ingestion and processing pipelines

  • Develop and implement integration roadmaps aligned with long-term in-house platform strategy (v2.0 / AI-driven v3.0)

  • Establish KPIs and monitoring for system performance (data accuracy, latency, completeness, uptime)

  • Serve as the technical escalation point for platform and integration issues

  • Support executive reporting by enabling clean, reliable, and actionable data outputs

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Integration Management, or Systems Architecture

  • Strong experience with API integrations, system interoperability, and data pipelines

  • Experience working with third-party platforms and managing vendor integrations

  • Deep understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data governance principles

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and data issues

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, or risk intelligence platforms

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Everstream or Resilinc

  • Background in security (physical, cybersecurity, or enterprise risk)

  • Experience building or supporting enterprise dashboards or data platforms

  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics or predictive risk modelling

What Success Looks Like
  • Seamless integration across all supply chain risk platforms with minimal manual intervention

  • High-quality, normalized data across systems with reduced duplication and inconsistencies

  • Improved alert timeliness and reliability across platforms

  • Scalable architecture that supports future internal platform development

  • Reduced dependency on fragmented vendor tools through unified data strategy

Why This Role Matters

This role is critical to enabling our client's transition from fragmented, vendor dependent tools to a unified, scalable, and intelligent Supply Chain Security ecosystem. The TPIM will directly impact the organization's ability to proactively identify, assess, and respond to global supply chain risks.
