Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of M&A integrations across the Customer Technical Success (CTS) organization. This role is responsible for translating deal strategy into executable integration plans, ensuring Day 1 readiness, business continuity, and progression toward full enterprise integration.

You will operate within core cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, Strategy, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver integration outcomes. This role focuses on execution and coordination at the working team level, driving alignment and delivery across multiple stakeholders.

A key aspect of this role is planning and managing phased integration approaches, enabling acquired offerings to transition from interim solutions to fully integrated, scalable enterprise models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration delivery for acquisitions from post-close through integration

  • Partner during diligence phase to assess operational impacts, risks, and integration requirements

  • Develop and execute integration plans, timelines, and milestones, including phased offering integration strategies

  • Define and manage interim, transitional, and future-state integration phases (e.g., Day 1 to phased rollout to full integration)

  • Drive Day 1 readiness, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and customer experience alignment

  • Coordinate across GTM, Product, Strategy, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams

  • Represent CTS within core working teams and functional workstreams, ensuring alignment on integration execution

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and decision points across integration activities

  • Ensure alignment between interim solutions and long-term system and process integration strategy

  • Track and manage integration progress, milestones, and execution health

  • Support transition from manual or interim processes to scalable, system-enabled solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, M&A integration, or complex operations delivery

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Customer Operations, or Product Support environments

  • Familiarity with integration frameworks (e.g., Day 1 readiness, phased integration models)

  • Experience working with global, matrixed organizations

  • Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term scalable solutions

The Ideal Candidate

  • Takes ownership and drives execution forward without waiting for direction

  • Makes informed decisions and maintains momentum in complex, fast-moving environments

  • Demonstrates sound judgment, knowing when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate

  • Communicates proactively, keeping stakeholders aligned and surfacing risks early

  • Focuses on outcomes, ensuring integrations meet milestones and business objectives

Why This Role Matters

As Autodesk continues to scale its M&A activity, integration success depends on consistent, high-quality execution across each acquisition. This role ensures that integrations are delivered effectively from diligence through post-close, balancing immediate business continuity with long-term integration outcomes.
