Overview
As a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist & Support team member, you'll help business customers successfully implement and utilize Treasury Management solutions while delivering exceptional service every step of the way. Working closely with customers and internal partners, you'll coordinate onboarding, training, and support to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities
Manage workflow for end-to-end implementation of Treasury Management products and services, including customer onboarding, system set-up, documentation review, testing, training, customer sign off, and post-implementation follow-up.
Provide top-tier customer service by responding promptly, communicating clearly, setting accurate expectations, and following through until questions, issues, or implementation needs are fully resolved.
Coordinate implementation tasks across sales, operations, lending, financial center, and support teams to ensure accurate, timely, and seamless delivery of services.
Maintain a detailed implementation pipeline by customer and product, tracking status, outstanding items, timelines, handoffs, and follow-up actions for visibility across the team.
Deliver product demonstrations and training for external customers as well as internal support partners
Serve as a trusted resource for internal partners by providing timely updates, clear guidance, accurate information, and professional support that helps teams deliver a consistent customer experience.
Thoroughly evaluate customer problems, inquiries, and complex transactions; provide quality resolution or refer to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-through with customers and staff involved.
Build a strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, service platforms, industry trends, and operational procedures to support accurate implementations and
effective customer service.
Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
College degree or five year equivalent experience banking experience required.
Experience or strong interest in learning Treasury Management products and services, business banking solutions, and related processes to support effective customer service and implementation delivery.
Customer service focused, with a strong commitment to responsive service delivery, accurate follow-through, issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accurate data entry, thorough documentation, and consistent process execution.
Professional communication with internal partners and external customers
Technology skills including Microsoft Office suite, Teams, Sales Force, and various vendor platforms.
Adept at prioritizing and coordinating numerous tasks within a dynamic environment.
Ability to assess and resolve complex situations efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems with minimal direction.
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000
