The Fab 4 Workforce Development team is passionate about building the capabilities, programs, and learning environments that enable team member growth and support Micron's U.S. expansion. We are a collaborative team committed to creating scalable workforce development solutions, driving operational excellence, and helping our workforce succeed in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Fab 4 Workforce Training Manager, the Fab 4 Workforce Development Program Manager plays a key role in supporting Boise Training Center (BTC) operations and leading workforce programs, projects, and pivotal initiatives. This position combines program leadership, project execution, operational oversight, and data-driven decision making to improve organizational capability, training efficiency, and business outcomes. The role will initially support Idaho operations and later expand support to New York as workforce development initiatives grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead workforce development programs and projects, including strategy development, governance, roadmap planning, and performance management
  • Establish scalable business processes, operational standards, and best known methods that drive consistency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability
  • Coordinate BTC operations, resource planning, partner engagement, and facility-related workforce development activities
  • Develop executive-level communications, dashboards, and analytics that provide insight into program performance, risks, milestones, and business outcomes
  • Leverage AI and automation solutions to improve reporting, operational efficiency, project transparency, and decision support

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience leading complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • 5 years experience developing governance frameworks, performance metrics, reporting processes, and business recommendations
  • Strong project management, risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with SharePoint for process documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership audiences
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related experience/degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting workforce development, learning, training, or organizational capability programs
  • Manage shared facilities, training environments, scheduling, or operational resource planning
  • Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level reporting tools
  • Experience implementing process improvements, operational standards, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve reporting, analytics, workflow efficiency, and business decision-making
