Job description

M Financial Group:
With more than 140 Member Firms located primarily across the United States, M Financial is one of the nation's leading financial services design and distribution companies. Since 1978, our network of independent insurance, investment, and executive benefit firms has served the needs of ultra-affluent individuals, corporate executives, successful entrepreneurs, and Fortune 1000 companies. Our Member Firms are independent but work together toward a common goal: to offer a broad range of sustainable solutions designed to help their clients meet their financial goals.
Role Summary:
The AI Enablement Lead serves as M Financial's primary catalyst for practical AI adoption. This role identifies high-friction workflows, redesigns them with AI capabilities, and drives measurable improvements in productivity and experience for employees and Member Firms. Acting as the organization's central point of contact for AI implementation and enablement, the AI Enablement Lead partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to build confidence, demonstrate impact, and embed AI into how work gets done, not just how tasks are completed.
AI adoption doesn't happen through access alone. This role closes the gap between AI availability and AI impact by redesigning workflows, building organizational confidence, and delivering measurable productivity gains across M Financial and its Member Firms.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-friction workflows and lead the redesign of those processes to embed AI where it creates the most value

  • Design, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and user experience

  • Partner with business teams to understand needs and align solutions to measurable outcomes

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and AI/technology capabilities

  • Manage and report on the AI use case portfolio, including business case development, prioritization frameworks, and executive-level impact reporting

  • Develop repeatable playbooks for common use cases (e.g., summarization, drafting, analysis, workflow support)

  • Build and sustain an internal network of AI champions across business units and Member Firms to scale adoption beyond direct engagement

  • Lead change management efforts that address adoption barriers, build user confidence, and reinforce new ways of working

  • Serve as the organization's AI evangelist, making AI approachable and visible through regular communication, demos, and success stories

  • Drive adoption by making AI practical and embedded into daily workflows

  • Track and report on impact including time savings, productivity improvements, and quality gains

  • Design and deliver role-based enablement programs, including workshops, playbooks, and self-service resources tailored to different levels of AI fluency

  • Partner with legal, risk, compliance, HR, and security teams to address adoption barriers and ensure AI initiatives meet regulatory and workforce requirements

  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, including agentic AI, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing, and evaluate their applicability to M Financial's operations and Member Firm need

Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, or business analysis

  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, workflows, or user experience leveraging AI

  • Familiarity with AI solution categories beyond conversational AI, including agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and document intelligence

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and execution

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, practical solutions

  • Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms),

  • Experience turning complex, repeatable business tasks into AI-supported workflows that can plan the work, complete steps, check results, and improve over time.

  • Experience building or contributing to business cases for technology investments

  • Experience with change management methodologies or organizational adoption programs

  • Experience designing or delivering training, workshops, or enablement content for varied audiences

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence across functions

  • High level of curiosity, ownership, and accountability

Job Conditions & Environment:
  • This position is based on-site at our offices in Uptown at the Quad in Dallas, TX with the flexibility to work one day per week remotely
  • Normal office environment/desk assignment
  • Regularly operates a computer and other standard office equipment to perform essential job functions, such as data entry, document preparation, and electronic communication
