Job description

Uber Health is one of the fastest-growing segments within Uber for Business poised to become the leading global platform for health transportation. In the US alone, almost [6 million](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32298170/) people annually miss or delay healthcare appointments due to transportation issues. Breaking down logistical barriers to care and closing social determinants of health gaps will make healthcare more efficient, curb downstream costs through stronger healthcare appointment adherence, and help patients live healthier lives. We do this by leveraging Uber's unique assets to provide healthcare ecosystem partners and consumers with HIPAA-compliant on-demand transportation - at scale.
The Implementation Manager owns the end to end client launch experience, and plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and product performance. This role requires strong discovery, executive-level communication, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder cross-functional groups within our client base to catalyze action and sustained adoption of Uber Health. You will lead large, high value accounts post sale to ensure strong adoption and performance of the Uber Health product suite.
Working under the Head of Implementation for Uber Health, the primary focus will be designing and streamlining high touch launches for large providers and strategic partners, as we invest in further segment growth within strategic accounts and sub-segments of the provider landscape. This requires a combination of consultative solutioning and project management to drive adoption of product features specific to client use cases and needs, inclusive of API integrations. Implementation Managers create alignment across internal and external functional teams and fully understand the levers that drive key performance metrics. 2. Manage the technical configuration and activation of client accounts working with external & internal stakeholders to optimize for customer experience and impact
3. Develop and deliver comprehensive program-specific resources, including training decks, coordinator overviews, and client-facing communications to ensure program readiness and minimize time to launch.
4. Proactively monitor post-launch adoption rates and utilization metrics against initial forecasts, escalating utilization barriers to relevant stakeholders to ensure revenue targets are met.
5. Derive qualitative and quantitative insights, leveraging direct customer stories, user feedback and data trends to inform near and long term opportunities to increase client and product impact
6. Represent the voice of customer to make informed recommendations to Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Support on how to improve the customer experience using Uber Health products
7. Achieve operational excellence by iterating and improving on playbooks, internal tools and resources, and cross-functional & internal processes
Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in B2B US Healthcare
3. Deep experience in healthcare and technology, specifically accountable care organizations, or national provider groups
4. Demonstrated ability to lead complex B2B implementations, specifically managing cross-functional dependencies across client teams (e.g., Finance, IT, Operations) and internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Support).
5. Project Management, Program Management, or Learning & Development Experience
6. Data fluency
Preferred Qualifications
1. Deep experience in healthcare and technology, specifically with health systems, accountable care organizations, or national provider groups
2. Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
3. Proficiency in tech platform configurations, and willingness to learn technical API integrations to drive customer adoption at scale
4. Proven track record of operational excellence, developing strategies and implementing them effectively
