Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

Work Experiences:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in IT or technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of IT financials, vendor contracts, and project accounting.

  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for IT Shared Services.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

  • Monitor actuals vs. budget and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.

  • Partner with Vendor Management to track and optimize vendor spend.

  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and financial obligations.

  • Support vendor negotiations with financial analysis and cost-benefit assessments.

  • Collaborate with IT PMO and EPMO to manage financials across the project portfolio.

  • Track capital and operational expenditures for IT initiatives.

  • Provide financial governance and reporting for major programs and projects.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for IT leadership.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support internal and external audits related to IT financials.

  • Advise the VP of IT Shared Services on the financial implications of strategic initiatives.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

  • Drive financial transparency and accountability across IT functions.

  • Duties may change; Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
