AutoHaus on Edens is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our award-winning Mercedes-Benz dealership. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing automotive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability through ethical and compliant finance operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with our sales department, lending partners, and customers to ensure every transaction is seamless, transparent, and worthy of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Responsibilities Guide customers through financing, leasing, and vehicle protection product options with professionalism and integrity. Secure financing through a network of lenders while obtaining competitive approvals and favorable terms. Present finance, leasing, extended warranty, maintenance, GAP, and ancillary protection products to maximize customer value and dealership profitability. Structure, finalize, and fund deals accurately and efficiently. Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, manufacturer, and lender regulations, as well as dealership policies. Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless purchase experience from vehicle selection through delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners. Review all deal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) while achieving finance performance objectives. Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) with a proven record of success. Mercedes-Benz or luxury automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, and compliance requirements. Proven success in finance product sales and profitability. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
