Lead with impact as a key member within the Finance Team, partnering closely with decision-makers across Sales and Operations to drive performance. You will own the analysis of revenue, service, metrics, and expense trends, converting complex data into clear insights that empower leadership to act with confidence. Your work will shape strategic decisions, fuel revenue growth, and strengthen operational efficiency across the organization. This role reports directly to the VP, FP&A/Corporate Strategy. What you'll do:

  • Manage the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and associated analyses for budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare various reporting packages including the development of Monthly Executive Summaries, Board of Directors' materials, and other analyses as required
  • Understands business processes, systems, and quality checks across the organization to identify weaknesses/gaps, opportunities, and recommend and/or implement solutions
  • Collaborates with internal departments: Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to develop add-value analysis and reports
  • Creates reporting processes that are repeatable and scalable
  • Provides monthly reporting KPIs for the Sales and Operations leadership team
  • Provides analysis for visibility to performance vs budget
  • Partners with IT to improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility
  • Participates in continuous learning to keep current on company procedures, protocols, and technology

  • 2+ years of related experience in an analyst role
