Van Chevrolet Cadillac Subaru is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high-performing sales leadership team. We are looking for a results-driven professional who excels at building customer trust, maximizing finance opportunities, maintaining lender relationships, and ensuring every transaction is completed accurately and compliantly.

What You'll Do
  • Present finance, lease, and protection product options in a professional and transparent manner.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership personnel to create a seamless purchase experience.

  • Secure competitive financing through local, regional, and national lending institutions.

  • Maximize F&I product penetration while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately prepare contracts, funding documents, title paperwork, and lender documentation.

  • Ensure deals are funded quickly while minimizing CIT days.

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership policies, including FTC, OFAC, Safeguards Rule, and privacy regulations.

  • Partner with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to improve deal structure and overall profitability.

  • Monitor personal production goals and consistently achieve or exceed dealership expectations.

  • Deliver a best-in-class ownership experience that results in outstanding CSI scores.

Qualifications

Automotive dealership F&I experience is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Automotive experience.

  • Proven success in retail automotive finance and product sales.

  • Strong knowledge of finance, leasing, lender programs, and aftermarket protection products.

  • Experience working with local, regional, and national lending institutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with dealership software including CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack, CUDL, and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Thorough understanding of federal and state compliance regulations.

  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and integrity.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
