Standard Job Description
You will be the Multi-Functional Finance Manager for the Upper Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout, delivering creative solutions, implementing new financial tools, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading a finance team that provides analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, cash forecasting, and Earned Value (program performance) management.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Direct financial analysis and reporting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow.
  • Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for program performance.
  • Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Business
Administration
- Program team leadership skills
- Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasting
- Strong EVMS (Earned Value Management System) skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, and presentation skills
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude,
process oriented, structured problem solver
- Interest in Technical details .
- Microsoft office suite skills with emphasis on
- Excel pivot tables, Word & PowerPoint
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms
- Knowledge of financial business rhythms (monthly / quarterly forecasting)
- Experience managing subordinates. Practiced Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
- AI basic knowledge and utilization
- Dashboard visualization, creation and utilization.
- Experience working full Earned Value
- Management defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
