Job Description:

L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Finance team member who will be responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget for programs. The Senior Associate of Program Finance conducts detailed financial analysis, works within an integrated program management team to develop and maintain program cost and revenue controls. In this role, you will regularly communicate financial position of programs to management, while understanding program requirements to evaluate risks and opportunities through continued dialog with integrated program management team.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare accounting requests for contract setups, renewals, revenue, and invoicing events.
  • Month end close activities including journal entries and actual cost reconciliations
  • Forecast revenue and cost for programs monthly
  • Direct regular reviews of key financial metrics with program team
  • Hyperion Reporting
  • Financial analysis, modeling, and ad hoc requests
  • Monthly/Quarterly Management reporting and presentations as needed
  • Actual to Forecast Analysis
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and alignment with GAAP

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years prior program finance experience. Graduate degree with 0- 2 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related program finance experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • System experience (SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion)
