Job Description:
The Assured Mission Networks Division is seeking a Program Finance Lead responsible for managing the financial control of a critical program in Melbourne, FL. This role will be responsible for partnering with program managers and cross-functional teams to drive financial program execution, establish and maintain program financial plan, and perform detailed financial analysis to provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration
  • Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
  • Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PM-05 policies. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist
  • Development and review of time-phased budgets; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast
  • Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
  • Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals
  • Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes
  • Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organization
  • Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision
  • Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, with ability to navigate multiple priorities within tight-deadlines

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

2-5 years of experience with Hyperion, Peoplesoft & Queries.
6+ years of experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting,
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills set, including the capability to interface and present with internal and external customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders.
Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization.
Self-starter with ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Good organizational skills and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
