• Conduct thorough assessments using various assessment tools to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that align with the client’s goals, ensuring that each plan is personalized to meet their distinct circumstances and needs.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, empowering them to access necessary resources and addressing social justice issues impacting their lives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of programs designed to enhance the services offered by our organization, including grant proposal writing and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with community partners, government entities, and volunteer organizations to bolster the support and services provided to clients.
• Engage actively in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach efforts to enhance your professional skills and client services.

You will work primarily with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized communities, facing challenges such as mental health issues, familial conflicts, trauma, and socio-economic hardships. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills are essential for effective client engagement.

• Experience working within a non-profit environment is advantageous, especially in community health settings.
