• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of client needs to design effective treatment plans tailored to individual mental health challenges.
• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, employing personalized therapeutic techniques that cater to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Provide accessible teletherapy solutions, ensuring that clients who face mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions receive the support they need.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and facilitate effective communication.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on evolving best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Alvita Counseling Center, you will be working with a diverse population, including individuals suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Your role will focus on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, where clients feel supported in navigating their challenges. You will also take part in group therapy sessions, reinforcing communal healing and fostering connections among group members.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong rapport with clients to foster trust and openness.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental attitude in dealing with diverse client experiences and struggles.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage a varied caseload while performing administrative tasks efficiently.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting working with couples and families is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
