Channel Sales is where growth happens fastest-for our clients and our people. You'll work with businesses of 1-99 employees-the entrepreneurs powering local economies-helping them succeed with essential HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.
Through trusted partners like CPAs and client referrals, you won't just sell-you'll build relationships, unlock opportunities, and make a real impact. Every conversation matters, every referral opens a door, and every win accelerates your career.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
  • Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
  • Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
  • Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
  • Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners
  • Own the full process-from prospecting to closing deals

  • Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes
  • Resilience, drive, and competitive motivation
  • Coachability and ability to quickly apply feedback
  • Experience working toward goals or quotas (sales or similar environments) and demonstrated leadership experience-whether through work, school, nonprofits, fraternities/sororities, clubs, or other organizations (for example, serving as a treasurer, team lead, or project lead)

Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
