Title: Daycare Center Director

Location: Bolingbrook

Compensation: From $50,000.00 (Commensurate with education and experience)

Schedule:Monday to Friday

Shifts From: 6:30 am-6:00 pm

Responsibilities for Daycare Director:

  • Responsible for daily operations in accordance with state licensing regulations and Little Learner operating policies.
  • Manage the facility's administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.
  • Oversee the curriculum, market the program, manage personnel, and execute the company's high standards of excellence.
  • Touring, Academy enrollment, excel in interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
  • Employee development and retention

Job Requirements for Daycare Director:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
  • Knowledge of child care management and early education.
  • Have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or the equivalent (defined as 64 semester hours in any discipline with a minimum of 21 semester hours of college credit in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or Early Childhood Special Education) or a Gateways to Opportunity Level 1 Illinois Director Credential.
  • Experience in a licensed childcare facility. Director 2+ years. Assistant Director 1+ years.
  • Strong administrative, supervisory, and leadership skills with a talent for building relationships with families and employees.
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
