Rehab Director / Occupational Therapist

$5,000 SIGN-ON OR RELOCATION BONUS!

A full-time split REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Departments located minutes apart in Farmington, ME. This position offers a $5,000 Sign-on or relocation bonus!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

A successful Rehab Director will:

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide occupational therapy services as needed
  • Be a licensed occupational therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Good Faith Rate Range: $45/hr - $47/hr
