Montessori Program Manager / Lead Guide

Job Description

Petal Path Montessori-Inspired Enrichment is seeking a warm, organized, and passionate Montessori Program Manager / Lead Guide to help lead and grow our child-centered program serving children ages 2–12.

This role combines hands-on guiding of children with program leadership and coordination. We are looking for someone who loves creating prepared environments, supporting child independence, and helping build a positive, collaborative team culture. The right candidate enjoys both direct work with children and behind-the-scenes organization to help programs run smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Montessori educator or early childhood professional who wants to help shape a growing program and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Montessori-inspired enrichment classes and guide children through purposeful, developmentally appropriate activities

  • Maintain a calm, engaging, and prepared learning environment

  • Support curriculum planning and program structure

  • Coordinate class schedules, materials, and daily program flow

  • Provide guidance and support to instructors and team members

  • Communicate professionally with families and help create a welcoming community environment

  • Assist with program development, quality improvement, and ongoing growth initiatives

Qualifications
  • Experience working with children in a Montessori, early childhood, or enrichment setting

  • Strong understanding of child development and child-led learning

  • Leadership, organization, and communication skills

  • Ability to create a positive, calm, and nurturing environment

Schedule
