Job description

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager, contingent upon award of the associated work. This position will be based in Charleston, SC.

The Project Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and execution management across multiple task areas supporting Marine Corps Business Information Systems (BIS), including cybersecurity validation, mainframe sustainment, and application engineering efforts. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of technical, cybersecurity, and programmatic requirements in alignment with contract objectives, schedules, and performance standards.

This role serves as the primary interface between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, ensuring coordination across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), validation teams, and engineering support functions supporting RMF, Cybersecurity, and enterprise system sustainment activities.

The Project Manager will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DoD cybersecurity compliance and program execution, providing strategic guidance on RMF, Cybersecurity validation processes, and enterprise system sustainment efforts to support informed Government decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program execution across cybersecurity validation, mainframe engineering, and application sustainment efforts
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance to meet contract requirements
  • Serve as primary interface with Government stakeholders and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Oversee RMF and Cybersecurity validation activities across supported systems
  • Coordinate across technical teams to ensure integrated delivery of requirements
  • Track risks, issues, and performance metrics; implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage staffing, workload, and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and contractual requirements

Desired Experience:

  • 10+ years of program/project management experience supporting DoD programs
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps or Navy programs preferred
  • Experience with RMF / A&A and cybersecurity compliance efforts
  • Experience overseeing Cybersecurity validation activities preferred
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks (NIST RMF, STIGs, POA&M)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Qualifying experience in lieu of degree.

Security Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
