We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Application Development Manager to join our Enterprise Compliance team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

We are seeking a Senior Application Manager to oversee, design, and maintain secure and scalable web application solutions that support sensitive data reporting and case transfer workflows. This leadership role requires managing the development and delivery of accessible Angular front-end interfaces and robust Spring Boot APIs, ensuring strong validation, audit trails, and role-based access controls. The manager will coordinate integration efforts with enterprise identity management, notification systems, and document services. Additional responsibilities include upholding high code quality through code reviews, enforcing development best practices, SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Effective collaboration with product teams, infrastructure teams, and security teams is crucial to meet reporting needs and strengthen control measures.

In this capacity, you will drive organizational impact in the following ways:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java Spring Framework and Angular.

Partner with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Champion software development best practices, including code quality, testing standards, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) initiatives.

Mentor and support engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Guide architectural discussions and contribute innovative ideas to advance technology platforms.

To be successful in this position, we seek the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in full-stack software development, with proven experience managing application teams.

Deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for building microservices and RESTful APIs.

Experience with Python scripting is a strong plus.

Advanced proficiency in Angular (including modern versions), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience applying Agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, security controls, and tools such as GITLab, JUnit, SonarQube, and Splunk.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
