Full-time Business Development Manager needed for an advertising company in Fort Worth, Texas. 2 years of experience. Competitive salary and robust recruitment package. OPPORTUNITY: This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the Company presence throughout the DFW market. The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership to build relationships and drive long-term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate new business opportunities throughout DFW and North Texas. Develop relationships with municipalities, franchise groups, property owners, and local businesses. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective partners. Manage an active sales pipeline and conduct outreach through networking, referrals, phone, email, LinkedIn, and community events. Support strategic partnerships, municipal pilot programs, and market expansion initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: 3 7 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, advertising, commercial real estate, or related fields. Proven ability to generate business opportunities and build client relationships. Strong communication, presentation, networking, and CRM management skills.
