About this position: Senior Program Analyst                           Location – Quantico, VA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities to include:

  • Facilitate assessments of Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS), Counter -Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM), Maneuver Short Range Air Defense (MSHORAD) and Air Defense missile-related-acquisition programs to support organizational planning and development within PM GBAD.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Level of Experience Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of Systems
  • 10+ years’ experience in technical project/program management
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project
  • Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred

  • PMP, PgMP, PfMP – Project / Program / Portfolio Management Professional
  • Certified Agile Scrum Master
  • Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
