Our client is a leading distributor serving Alberta's construction and mechanical contracting industries and is seeking an ambitious, career-driven individual to join their Strategic Development Program.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of a successful distribution business while developing the skills required for future leadership, sales, account management, and operational roles.
What You'll Do
  • Participate in a structured rotational program designed to provide exposure to all aspects of the business, including warehouse operations, customer service, sales, project management, account management, and business development.
  • Develop product knowledge and learn how products move through the supply chain from vendor to customer.
  • Support customers, coordinate projects, manage orders, and build relationships with contractors, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
