Ibotta is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The Business Development team partners with the nation's leading retailers and publishers to design, launch, and manage digital offer programs on their apps and websites. The Business Development team leads the charge on collaborating with partners to bring Ibotta's cash back rewards into their own ecosystems while evolving Ibotta from a leading direct-to-consumer brand into a massive performance marketing network that reaches 120 million Americans through leading retailers such as Walmart, Dollar General, and Kroger.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
  • Support the Business Development team's activities including but not limited to working directly with partners, creating partner facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses and helping drive incremental revenue
  • Field and transition inbound inquiries, generate new leads through outbound prospecting and serve as a subject matter expert on the Business Development team's outreach efforts
  • Support the Business Development team by organizing critical client information for partnership briefs and helping with call notes, schedules, etc.
  • Research and monitor the competitive landscape
  • Additional administrative tasks such as setting up events and other projects

What we are looking for:
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technical skills: G Suite, basic to intermediate Excel and intermediate to advanced Powerpoint, Salesforce, Miro, and Mode experience a plus
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:
  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
  • Base compensation range: $51,000-$60,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings.
