Key Requirements:
  • Must have managed fixed-bid/fixed-fee projects exceeding $2M
  • Strong experience leading platform implementations, application development, and migration programs
  • Public sector experience strongly preferred
  • IT Services & Consulting background required
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and delivery governance experience

Required Qualifications
โ€ข 15-22 years of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience in enterprise delivery management.
โ€ข Proven experience managing fixed-bid/fixed-fee engagements exceeding $2M from the vendor/consulting side.
โ€ข Strong background in IT Services & Consulting organizations.
โ€ข Demonstrated success leading:
o Enterprise platform implementations
o Application development initiatives
o Application modernization and migration programs
โ€ข Experience managing complex public sector or government technology programs.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
โ€ข Expertise in delivery governance, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
โ€ข PMP certification preferred.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
