You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Direct programme delivery, ensuring strategies are implemented and aligned with the overall vision and objectives.
  • Establish effective environments across people, processes, technology, and information to enable successful outcomes.
  • Drive performance improvement by optimising resources, monitoring delivery, and embedding best practice methodologies.
  • Champion safety, quality, sustainability, governance, and risk management while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Create high-performing, inclusive teams that embrace innovation and Mace's values, delivering measurable benefits and outcomes.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
  • Proven track record in successful programme delivery across property or infrastructure.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management expertise with leadership of diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction, and programme governance practices.

Note: The estimated salary for this position is 170,000-230,000 USD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
