  • Implement approved process improvements, automation, technology enhancements, and AI-enabled workflows that strengthen team productivity and program delivery.
  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator for Rise's systems and productivity tools, including Airtable, Asana, Alchemer, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, websites, and related technologies; maintain program data, dashboards, and reporting systems that support decision-making, organizational learning, and impact measurement.
  • Coordinate Rise's operational communications, including newsletters, websites, surveys, communication calendars, the Rise Fellows LinkedIn Community, and shared mailboxes; respond to or route inquiries and maintain accurate operational records.
