Job description

The On-Call Program Delivery Associate supports high-quality Girl Scout experiences that foster engagement, belonging, confidence, and meaningful participation.This role delivers Girl Scout programs across a variety of settings while following established program guides, delivery standards, and safety practices. Program Delivery Associates help create positive, girl-led experiences that encourage continued participation in Girl Scouts.

Program Delivery

  • Deliver assigned Girl Scout workshops, activities, and events using established program guides, delivery standards, and safety practices
  • Create engaging, age-appropriate, and girl-led experiences
  • Prepare materials and maintain organized, safe, and inclusive program environments
  • Build positive relationships with participants that encourage engagement, confidence, and belonging
  • Adapt activities and engagement strategies to meet participant needs while maintaining program objectives

Continuous Improvement & Feedback

  • Share observations and participant feedback with program staff to support continuous improvement
  • Participate in training, coaching, and quality improvement activities
  • Follow established implementation practices to support consistent program delivery

Collaboration

  • Communicate professionally with girls, caregivers, volunteers, partners, and staff
  • Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and partners during programs and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • 1-3 years of experience working with youth in grades K-12 in group settings
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage and supervise groups of youth in active learning environments
  • Ability to follow established program guides, delivery expectations, and safety procedures
  • Experience leading games, activities, workshops, or other hands-on youth experiences preferred
  • Experience in afterschool, camp, enrichment, recreation, or youth development programs preferred

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends based on program needs
  • Local travel to program locations required
  • Work occurs in active, group-based environments
  • Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25 lbs.
  • On-call, variable schedule based on program assignments
