The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. About the Role: The Creator Live team powers TikTok Shop's most important live commerce growth engine. As a Creator Manager (Creator Live), you will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of creators, helping them build repeatable, scalable live businesses - not just one-off hits. This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, live operations, product, and commerce performance. You'll work hands-on with creators while also partnering cross-functionally to unlock traffic, product, incentives, and new live features. If you're excited about building creator ecosystems, scaling GMV through live, and shaping the future of live commerce - this role is for you. Responsibilities: - Own the overall growth strategy and business performance of the Creator Live ecosystem within the assigned business scope, driving GMV, creator activation, live engagement, and long-term ecosystem health. - Define and execute creator growth strategies across different maturity stages, establishing scalable operating models and growth frameworks that enable sustainable creator success. - Lead the design and continuous optimization of creator incubation, education, and lifecycle management programs to improve creator retention, productivity, and monetization. - Drive data-informed business decisions by identifying performance gaps across traffic, merchandising, conversion, content quality, and live operations, translating insights into scalable solutions and platform-wide best practices. - Build and scale repeatable creator success models, incubating high-impact creator cases that can be replicated across the broader ecosystem. - Partner with cross-functional leadership across Product, Category, Operations, Campaigns, Finance, and Algorithm teams to define business priorities, influence product roadmap, and unlock creator growth opportunities. - Translate platform strategy into creator ecosystem initiatives while surfacing market insights and creator feedback to continuously improve platform capabilities and operational efficiency. - Lead strategic planning for Creator Live programs, defining key business priorities, success metrics, and operational mechanisms to drive long-term ecosystem growth. -Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable processes, playbooks, education programs, and performance management frameworks across the Creator Live organization. - Identify emerging creator and market opportunities, developing initiatives that expand creator supply, improve ecosystem quality, and accelerate business growth.

Minimum Qualifications: - Proven experience in: Live commerce, creator management, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or partnerships. - Strong understanding of content, creators, and performance-driven growth. - Comfortable working with data and metrics to inform decisions. - Excellent communication skills - able to influence creators and XFN partners. - Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to define business strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact. - Experience building scalable creator growth programs, operational frameworks, or ecosystem strategies in a fast-growing marketplace or live commerce environment. - Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution. - Experience working with: Live streaming, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms; TikTok creators, agencies, or MCNs.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
