Responsibilities
The Creator Reputation team partners with high-impact professional creators to drive product understanding, adoption, and positive perception across the broader creator ecosystem. We're looking for an execution-focused program manager who understands how professional creators operate - their incentives, pain points, and influence - and can turn that understanding into key creator initiatives, programs and events that are both appealing to the creator audience and drive trust and advocacy of the platform. At its core, this is a both creative and methodical project management role that requires great interpersonal skills, strong coordination, and the ability to see an initiative through to fruition. This role is not focused on talent management; it is focused on driving broader trust-building engagements through strategic engagements, programs and initiatives for some of the most influential voices on the platform. Responsibilities: Programs & Execution - Develop creative creator programs, initiatives, and events that drive creator trust and advocacy of the platform - Execute engagements that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with business goals - Manage relationships with agencies, third-party partners, and sponsors to execute program elements - Own internal project management, timelines, and day-to-day execution across initiatives - Analyze program performance & key learnings to inform future program development and rollout - Contribute to team strategy, OKRs, formulation of ownable, marquee moments and timelines Cross-Functional Coordination & Insight - Develop key internal and external relationships to support program development and execution, including close partnership with Comms, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams - Bring creator feedback and behavioral insights back into the organization to inform product and go-to-market decisions - Synthesize executive and executional feedback to optimize future programs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 5+ years of professional working experience, ideally in tech, entertainment, media, talent or at a creative agency - Deep understanding of professional creators and what resonates among this audience; has a finger on the pulse of creator and internet culture - Demonstrated extremely strong program management skills - execution, organization, time management, and follow-through - Strong relationship builder; experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across different business units with occasionally conflicting priorities - Clear communicator who can synthesize cross-functional feedback, remove roadblocks, manage up effectively, and advocate for creator-first solutions that also deliver against business objectives Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience working closely with professional creators on the tech platform, agency or brand-side - Experience in event or experiential planning and execution - Experience working with corporate leadership teams or Executive Communications - Experience developing or concepting presentation, show or event programming including panels, keynote presentations, and workshops

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
