  • Support photography, videography, and other media needs for programmed events.

Retreat & Program Coordination

  • Support the Guest Experience Manager and Program team in planning and executing SpringHill-programmed retreats and events.
  • Coordinate schedules, activities, large-group experiences, speakers, worship leaders, and other program details.
  • Build and maintain event timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, and staff assignments.
  • Ensure program spaces, supplies, equipment, and staffing are ready prior to each event.
  • Facilitate or lead games, activities, sessions, and transition needed.
  • Assist with summer camp program execution and development of new retreat program elements.
  • Gather feedback and help improve future programs and guest experiences.

Guest & Team Support

  • Communicate event needs and changes across Guest Experience, Program, Facilities, Food Service, and other teams.
  • Help recruit, train, schedule, and support seasonal productions staff and apprentices.
  • Provide clear expectations, coaching, and day-to-day direction to assigned seasonal team members.
  • Track production expenses and supplies within approved budgets.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager.
Requirements:
