****This is for West Contra Costa Unified School District in Contra Costa County through Placer County Office of Education.**** General Purpose

Temporary, Non-Tenured Track Position

The Placer County Office of Education (PCOE) hires temporary contractors on an ongoing basis to support, coach and supervise teacher interns with embedded fieldwork as a part of the PK-3 ECE Specialist Instruction and Education Specialist Mild to Moderate and Extensive Support Needs Intern Program. Program coaches work with teacher interns as they learn how to integrate course content into their teaching practices over two-years; direct and monitor teaching/learning effectiveness in Education Practicum Fieldwork & Supervision assigned by the program director.

Compensation

$3,300 per intern per year, all inclusive stipend. No additional stipend provided for equipment or mileage.

Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates need to be available to meet in West Contra Costa County.

If hired, must provide proof of a valid California driver's license.
