Annapolis Junction MD A client of ours is seeking a Projects Control Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing project planning: Ensuring that construction projects are planned effectively and progress is monitored.
Managing budgets: Establishing controls and operating policies to monitor and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
Quality assurance: Reviewing project quality against desired objectives and goals.
Reporting and communication: Regularly updating stakeholders on project status and any issues that arise. Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience working on federal construction projects or programs in a secure project setting, with a focus on ICD-705 projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, accounting, finance, or business administration.
Strong proficiency in project management software, financial analysis tools, and MS Office Suite, MS Project and Primavera.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Currently have and maintain a Secret clearance
