Join us, where weโ€™ll make a greater impact together.**What You'll do:**Groundswell is seeking a Program Control Manager who will be an integral part of the Business Management leadership team at our McLean, Virginia location.The Program Control Manager will lead, supervise, and train a team of cost analysts responsible for funding analysis, program financial analysis, developing Estimates at Complete, proposal activities, internal and external audits, contract deliverables and ad-hoc requests.This role is fast paced and demanding and will require a high level of work ethic and strategic adaptability. The Manager is also responsible for providing functional oversight of the Cost Management department, including engagement, staffing, and employee development. This leader will also work with the finance team on the implementation of new and/or automated tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of work products.This role is also responsible developing employee skills and evaluate employee performance on assigned responsibilities, including: performance tracking implementation and analysis; support and guidance to PMs; analysis and preparation of cost and schedule reports; development, analysis, and review of EACs; variance analysis research and reporting.
