LEAP Program Associate - Starting Summer 2027
We are searching for an experienced LEAP Program Associate - Starting Summer 2027 at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Gain a strong understanding of the market through classroom training, processshadows, on the job experience, and production site visits
  • Develop and strengthen competencies required for your role and as an employeeat Senneca
  • Take ownership to identify trends and recommend solutions to manage businesschallenges
  • Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans,create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables,communicate updates, create contingency plans
  • Complete financial and/or data analysis as required (based on project orrotation)
  • Accountable for delivering superior customer service (internally or externally as required)
  • Interact with various levels of corporate leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems. Implement actions that protect company assets and profitability
  • Enhance ability to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, contractors and co-workers.
  • Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills
  • Must be a self-started and Remain current with industry and macroeconomic trends by reading publications highly motivated

Required Qualifications:
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive meaningfulresults
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, leadership, business acumen, project management, relationship building and teamwork experience through extracurricular activities, work experience or academics
  • Willingness to relocate as business need requires
